| New | No workflow decision has been made. |
| Reviewed | The item has been evaluated. |
| Planned | The team intends to act. |
| In Progress | Work has started. |
| Closed | The loop is complete or no action will be taken. |
A practical review routine

Read new context without changing product status.

Use stable product-area tags such as billing, export, onboarding, or mobile.

Reserve high and critical for urgency, impact, or active breakage.
