Use feedback

Public boards

Publish selected requests, collect votes and replies, and close the loop visibly.

Publish a project board

  1. 1

    Open the project Board tab

Set the board name, description, visibility, submission policy, and categories.

  2. 2

    Preview before sharing

Check branding, request filters, submission copy, and the public URL.

  3. 3

    Choose directory listing separately

A public board can be reachable by URL without appearing in global discovery.

  4. 4

    Moderate and respond

Review reports, post official replies, and update statuses when work changes.

Followers and watchers

Board followers receive board-level updates. Request watchers receive status changes and official team replies for that request. Notification fanout excludes the actor and deduplicates recipients.

Public is an editorial decision

Do not publish private customer details, security reports, internal notes, or attachments that were collected for staff review.
