Publish a project board

   Open the project Board tab

   Set the board name, description, visibility, submission policy, and categories.

   Preview before sharing

   Check branding, request filters, submission copy, and the public URL.

   Choose directory listing separately

   A public board can be reachable by URL without appearing in global discovery.

   Moderate and respond

   Review reports, post official replies, and update statuses when work changes.

Followers and watchers

Pro accounts can receive board-level follower updates plus watched-request status changes and official team replies. Notification fanout excludes the actor and deduplicates recipients. Free accounts can still follow, watch, and review activity on the board without email alerts.
